#122 is a reddish copper color. It has a shimmer finish, but the shimmer is not overwhelming. Overall #122 is not quite as intense on the skin as it is on the pan, especially if applied without a primer: it is kind of sheer and the red overtones fade. The color is so much more intense and opaque if used with a primer.
It is smooth, but a bit powder when it's picked up from the pan. It applies and layers easily, and blending is easy too.
It's a perfect color for blue eyes: it can be considered a neutral shade, but at the same time it brings out the blue.
